Plains and Accessories
I have always been amazed by the beauty and simplicity of single colored clothes. For people who are afraid of mixing and matching prints and look like a gift wrapper, the safest way to dress up is to use plain colored clothes.
All that you need is a color that will suit your complexion, or something that will accent a certain part of your body, like the color of your eyes, and then match it with accessories to compensate the plainness of your clothes.
A very nice advantage of wearing plain dresses is that you can have exaggerated accessories without looking like a walking jewelry rack. Especially plain white shirts or dresses that can match any type of accessories you would want to use. You can wear dangling earrings and large bangles. Or wear a huge necklace and bracelets.
Just always remember that all the accessories that you wear should complement each other. It is always better to choose one accessory to be the main accents of your outfit other than making everything look noticeable in one look, leaving no room for other people to notice how beautiful you are in your outfit. I mean, you shouldn’t wear dangling earrings, huge bangles and necklaces all at the same time! Balance should always be put into consideration.
Accessorizing is indeed very fun because this is also one way of expressing yourself. But remember, you should always be comfortable with what you wear because if you’re not, you might not be able to carry yourself well. And if this happens, it wouldn’t matter how beautiful you are. Everything could be a disaster!
