My cousin and I went to Utah last week to visit her parents. We love shopping for clothes so we also went to different places in the state to buy some. We prepared a lot for our shopping spree, put on our most fashionable clothes and went to the different stores located in Utah’s busy streets. Unfortunately, I suffered from Allergies in Utah due to the weather. I had a runny nose, a terrible cold and red eyes.

I already had allergies before when the weather is really hot but the attack I had in Utah was the worst. Sadly, the clothes we wore were just wasted because I really looked like a disaster, with a tissue on hand and a red runny nose.

Good thing there are allergists in Utah that helped me further understand my condition. I can’t blame anyone because my allergy is just my body’s response to my allergens. Unfortunately, there’s no cure for allergies. All I could do is to avoid the attack by staying away from the things that cause them. On the other hand, I could have allergy shots which could help my body get used to my allergens until I could totally deal with them.
